Ricardo Sanchez

Ricardo studied Mechanical Engineering in the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez. His research interests are improving benchtop tests on electrodes to better model their in vivo behaviors and using photoacoustic imaging to create a minimally invasive surgical device. His ultimate goal is to improve patient safety in the neuromodulation field, from benchtop testing of electrodes to their safe implantation.
